Russian Chicken

This is one of our family's favourite meals and best of all it's so easy to make.  Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

1.4kg  boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 pkg dry onion soup
1 cup Russian salad dressing
1 can jellied cranberry sauce

Arrange chicken in a 9x13 glass pan
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken - let marinate in the fridge for 1-8 hours
Pre-heat oven to 350
Cook uncovered for one hour

Serve with rice and a salad.  Enjoy!
